... not understand that it's years of bad eating and laziness that got them there in the first place? And why do they think they can suddenly drop all the fat that they put on? Shouldn't they have thought about it before, when eating?

To the angry fat woman who got fat because of a car wreck, calm down. First of all, I asked SPECIFICALLY about people who wanted to lose weight IMMEDIATELY. I understand that some have gained weight due to circumstances, but those aren't the people on Y!A trying to lose the weight for the sake of vanity. Maybe you should get over your anger.

Well, easier said than done!! People now a days trap themselves with eating habits, stress, work, kids, bills, and pretty much have no time to think about themselves in a positive way!

Some are just picky and know summer is coming and want to look their best so in the winter again they can go back to gain it back since they won't have to show their bodies unless they are in bed but in my opinion if you are not hot just need to make sure the guy has his drinking goggles and you will get him!!!

It is hard to deal with all life problems because of the time we now have or not have!!!

To keep firm and in good health.......takes responsibility and the eagerness, but most people are only looking for weight change which it could not just give you a good body but trouble because you are supposed to work hard to have all good health and good body, which also provides good mind!

This is the trick plain and simple:

Eat less each time you eat, but eat more often!!

Eat fruits or fibers in the morning but do not mix them fruit is lighter and will only rotten in your stomach while trying to digest the heavy fibers.

Have the heaviest meal of all during lunch so you have the rest of the day to digest it and burn the callories.

Eat healthy and light for dinner and don't eat past 7pm if possibly or you might have to stand and move around while watching TV to burn all calories unless you have a big salad but then avid oils or regular dressings thus they might look healthy but they most likely aren't!!

Exercise at least five days in a week and for no less than 30 minutes daily. Also mix the workout with at least two days of anaerobic exercises and the rest aerobic to keep a healthy body, mind, and heart!!

Sleep plenty......at least 8 hours but recomended 10 hours.

I know it seems hard but it will keep you slim, healthy, and active, plus you will feel like a new person and you will have a happier life with less stress!!

Good luck and remember is good to have a nice body but it is great to have a good health!!!

just to let you in on a little skinny secret. all fat people are not lazy! the world judges fat peolpe a lot more and worse than thin as* judgmental people like you who think their sh*t dont stink. sometimes people become fat because of illnesses like thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, surgery that you cant and dont recover from for a long period of time, certain medicines like steroids etc... can make a person balloon up. car wrecks, back injuries, stress and a whole lot more can make you fat. NOT just food and not exercising makes people fat!!!! you'd be stupid to think otherwise. and next time you could try and ask a q that you know is going to offend a lot of people (especially women) in a nicer way! you should just hope and pray that one day you yourself dont end up fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
