I'm thinking like you know when I get up in the morning at six I have breakfast, at 1 or 2 pm I have lunch and at 7 or 8 pm I have dinner.
So how do I fit those six meals into one day ?

The easiest way to do this in my opinion is to have your 3 normal meals at your normal meal times, but only eat half of the meal during that setting. Then eat the other half a couple hours later.

The idea is to have a small meal every 2.5-4 hours. This will help sustain your insulin level. If you are trying to lose weight you should definetly do this. It teaches your body how to be a furnace for fat. It works because of this. As we humans evolved into the creatures that we are today, we encountered some harsh eating conditions. Before grocery stores, when we were hunter/gatherers we had times of plenty and times of famine, so our bodies developed and learned to store energy, in the form of fat, so that when we hit times of famine we would have enough stores to make it a little longer. Now, we eat all the time, so when our bodies store fat, we don't need it. By eating 5-6 meals a day you are showing it that you are in time of plenty, essentially saying, "burn that fat, I won't need it." Its amazing how well it works. Your day should go like this:
6 Am Breakfast (Yay, you have breakfast!)
9 Am mid morning snack
12 Pm Lunch
3 Pm mid day snack
6 Pmdinner
9 Pm pre-bed snack

You dont have to have that last one if its within 2 hours of bedtime.

Every two - three hours after breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Breakfast 6 am
Snack 9 am
Lunch 12 pm
Snack 2 pm
Tea time 4 pm
Dinner 6 pm

Eating after 7 pm is okay, but it's usually best to eat on grapes or drink water after this time

eat approximately every 2 hours
6:00 breakfast-piece of fruit and oatmeal or toast
8:00-9:00 am yogurt or a light snack
1:00 pm Lunch - salad or soup or half a sandwich and salad
4:00 snack a piece of fruit
7:00-8:00 dinner
9:00- snack Light t popcorn or other Light snack
these are just examples but if you eat light snacks in between meals , I would try not to eat the last snack more that 15-2 hours before bed.

I will sometimes break my breakfast up into 2 meals
I will have oatmeal, cereal or and English muffin and then 1.5-2 hours I will eat the fruit, so breaking up you 3 meals to smaller ones

5-6 is healthy, as long as they are smaller than a regular meal

Breakfast (within an hour of waking up), mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, dinner, and if you want, a mid-evening snack (at least 3 hours before bed). Even them out, so time wise, it depends on when you wake up and eat regular meals.

If you are not hungry for your snacks or meals, you are eating too much during the last meal/snack. After a few days you should start getting the hang of how much you need to consume in a meal/snack.

Just try to have them spaced out 2-3 hours apart. That's been working for my wife and I. So, for you, I might have meals at the following times:
6AM Breakfast
9AM
1PM Lunch
3PM
5PM
7PM Dinner

Or if you're planning on having a lunch at 2PM:
6AM Breakfast
8:30AM
11AM
2PM Lunch
4:30PM
7PM Dinner
