Ok, so River/Lakes season is coming up and I want to go in three weeks. You think I can drop 10-12 lbs in this amount of time? Even if it's unhealthy... how can I do this?!?!

have a diet of 600 calories and run eevrymorning from 7am to 9am run walk....and drink plenty of water lots of water lots of water and fiber!!!! and don't forget the fruits and a good breakfast.

I dropped 6lbs in 1 week so it is possible...I got sick though....
