hi. i am 75 kilo as weight and 170 cm as tall ,,
i wanna loose weight as i am engaged to be married ,,
but i can't stand on a diet i always get bored and unpatient
so if anyone know an easy diet plan , or some food habbit or daily things or exercices that could help me loose weight ,, ??
p.S :
i have 8 monthes to loose 15 kilo .. plz help me

I want (need?) to talk to someone about what's going on in my life. I need help sorting out the problems and what to do about them. I know that I'm depressed and anxious - and always have been pretty much. I've tried various anti-depressants, but I don't tolerate them well, so I no longer take them. I just need help trying to decide what to do in my life and someone to listen. I think also that I have dependency issues - maybe even to the point of a personality disorder. Do I see a psychologist, LPC or a psychiatrist? Why?

I mean I have a big bowl of cereals every morning, cheese and pickle sandwich everyday plus loads of milky tea. I’ve noticed I get a lot of flem in my throat and have to clear it a lot. I also keep getting a blocked nostril..is this all connected?

my left testicle sometimes isnt dropped all the way with my right one...it doesnt hurt or anything and somtimes their both dropped but, the left one sometimes is more tight the the right one...wats up?

I have been on provera and it decreased my bleeding but now it has not made a diffenence. I am starting to bleed more heavy now. Not sure if someone can tell me what is this could be. Never had this problem before. I am 44 and have never had a period more than 4 days long. very concerned

I took amoxicillin for the full 10 days...and on day 11 got hives. Nothing serious, they weren't very bad, not too itchy...but they were there. Well, this is now day 3 of having them. They didn't move around much and now they won't go away! The skin isn't raised anymore but there's red, flat spots where they used to be that vary from almost faded to (after my luke-warm shower) BRIGHT red--almost purple--again. And then they fade..but they're never completely gone!! Do I just wait it out? They're not bothersome at all...not itchy, not dry, not scaly, they feel just like skin...they're just...there. And I wake up and they're STILL there... Help??

Ok so she had her 3rd stroke...she is 81 years old and she lost her right side and cant talk. She cant eat and has to have a feeding tube put directly into her stomach... Her doctor told us she is termanally ill. Her whole left side of the brain is completely gone...She has blood clots covering it and they are starting to move into the right side of her brain. What are her chances of recovering?

My counselor has really upset me. She was like really nice and then all of a sudden changed towards me and was really cold. Its really affected me and i just wanted to know if anyone else has been in a situation where they felt the counseling was actually creating more problems for them? i mean, you start to count on your counselor perhaps too much, and then any odd behavour from them really gets to you? Know what i mean?
