I am going on vacation in 2 weeks. I have very strong inner thighs from dance, but between my quads and inner thighs, there is a lot of flab. Is there any way to tone it so it at least doesn't jiggle? I'll do ANYTHING.

you can't spot reduce fat stores from any location on the body. genetics determines from what place fat will be burned from first and last, exercise has no effect on that.

only the reduction of body fat will eliminate the problem areas on your thighs and it will take much longer than 2 weeks to accomplish that.

Running, Pilates, and Squats - If you spend and hour a day doing these three things you should actually see results in 2 weeks. It might take longer to really get the results you want.

Remember, you maybe able to tone muscles, but as long as there is fat over them, you won't notice they are toned, so you have to get rid of the fat, so make sure you get in some Cardio.

the ONLY thing that will work is aerobic exercise. Strength training a particular part of your body in order to lose fat is called "spot reducing" and it is a common myth that does not work. Getting your heart rate up to about 70-80% of your maximum heart rate - and sustaining it for 20-40 minutes is the only way you are going to effectively burn fat. The strength training will only firm the muscles you build. To see the muscles, you have to burn the fat away with the cardiovascular (aerobic) part of your fitness plan. Good luck!
