It's a detox and cleanser. You do crap a lot and you get rid of all the crud that's fermenting in your intestines. You also get rid of many of the toxins building up in your liver.

Yes you will spend all day on the toilet using this, I used it and it was awful. I gave up after a few days, plus it makes you so drained of energy its not worth it. There is I believe a much simpler and healthier way and that is the 21 day herbal cleanse. I have used this twice in the last six months and it really works. Plus there is no running to the bathroom or any kind of nasty side effects. Try www.myhealthabcmall.com and its on there somewhere. Stay away from master cleanse too, its even worse than isaginex..Good luck
