You're not overweight for your height. You probably have a very womanly figure. Curvy, but not fat. I can't imagine why you'd want to lose so much weight.
If you'd like to drop a few pound before your wedding, you really don't have to do any drastic dieting to lose it. Try just cutting sweetened drinks out of your diet. Iced tea with lemon, water, or diet soda. If you've got a sweet tooth, think of what fruits you like, actually buy them, and keep them handy for the times when you just need something sweet. Rice cakes are good too, and they even make them with chocolate chips now. Promise yourself not to eat fried foods. If you thought about it, you'd be able to come up with a lot of foods you like that aren't.
Start reading labels and keeping a tab of how many calories you consume in one day. Keep a picture of yourself in the book you write it in. If you can stay below 1800 calories, and include all the food groups daily, with a little exercise, you have plenty of time to lose the weight you want. Something as simple as walking would be great exercise. If you walked just a little over 3 kilometers a day, at a brisk pace, with terrain that includes slopes or hills, you'd really start to see a difference not only in your weight, but in your posture and form. It's also great for thinking! You could use the time to make wedding plans, or learn a new language by listening to CDs.
Forget 'dieting', or trying to take on some major exercise plan. You're going to get bored and quit. The diet industry knows that. There's a new diet every time you turn around, and the people who devise them get rich. They get rich because they know everyone's given up on the last one, but most of use will keep hoping the next one does it. Most of the overweight people you see have tried at least one of them. After all these years, if any of them worked, you'd see a lot less obese people.
The only real way to lose weight, and keep it off, is making a livable lifestyle change. Change the foods you can change easily. Don't deprive yourself the foods you love. Just try to watch how much of them you eat. Don't try to do some high tech workout. You'll be so sore and tired when you're done, you'll have to fight yourself to keep doing it everyday. Walk your dog farther, or walk to get your daily newspaper. You'll start to see changes in your body that losing weight alone can't do, and it will motivate you to keep going.
You've given yourself plenty of time to lose weight easily, but you can waste a lot of it if you try to do something you can't stick with. You really don't need to lose 15 kilos to look great. You've obviously found someone who's happy with you as you are right now Don't push it and be happy losing a few, realizing you've made lifestyle changes you can actually stick with, and that it's a pattern that will keep you healthy for the rest of the long and happy life your about to start.

first, there's no way you need to lose 15 kilos, 5 kilos maybe but 15! good grief you'd be like a skeleton! I'm 165cm and when I weighed 60 kilos I looked a felt ill.
Never diet, forget the whole idea of dieting, of course you get fed up with it. Instead look at what you are doing now, what you eat, what you drink and how active you are. Decide what things you can change that will help you reduce your weight.
Being more active is always a good one but that has to go hand in hand with changing the way you eat, it doesn't usually work on it's own. The problem is if you start doing more your body calls for more energy so you can easily end up eating more. You don't necessarily need to join a gym or start swimming, any activity can help, dancing, walking, anything that gets you moving about. The most important thing is that you enjoy it, if you don't, you'll soon give it up.
As you don't have much weight to lose (despite what you think) you'll probably only need to tweak your eating habits a bit. Make sure you are eating your 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, that's around half a kilos worth in weight altogether. Drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day.
Try writing down what you eat and drink for a week or two and see if there is other places you can change your habits. As with the activity, make sure you can stick with those changes, then you will never need to worry about your weight again.
If you can't do it on your own, join weight watchers. It really works.
Congratulations and good luck.

if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. My sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months (She works out, I don’t). There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. You also a get a free complete health consultation with the samples, I think I just paid the postage, but for what I got it was well worth it. You have to go to www.myhealthabc.com to register your details to get the free samples and the free advice etc and then they just call you up and ask you a few questions. It was so easy. Their main site is www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I am in better health now than I have ever been thanks to these products and I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

Yes, diets really suck, don't they?
Okay, well if you plan on losing weight healthy way, first you should find out your RMR, and BMR. That will tell you how much you can eat without losing weight, and how many calories your burn from just laying in bed all day.
Now, after you figure that out, you can know how many calories you can eat a day, and from that, you can burn 500 calories from exercising.
Now, when you eat, make sure your hungry, and not eating out of boredom. When you do eat, try to eat only organic, all natural, and whole grain foods (Since they are pretty expensive and if you can't afford it, try to get foods that aren't highly processed). Eat a balanced diet, and remember, if you really want to eat sugary, or fatty foods, you can eat it, just in small portions.
Now, when you exercise, try lifting weights and doing some cardio 3-4 times a week for about 1-1/2 hours. It might take a while to see results, but it's a healthy, and effective way to lose weight, and keep it off. You'll look gorgeous on your wedding day.

The secret is acknowledging the true purpose of food as fuel rather than entertainment. Focus on protein, fats, and carbohydrates and learn about each of them. A little bit of research online will teach you a lot. Remember, don't diet; change your eating lifestyle. Doing so will change your life for the better. For the exercise, consider it a priority to include it into your routine.
Anyway, if you want it simple, here it is in ten steps:
1. protein is good...eat plenty (about 30% of your caloric intake)
2. fats are good and bad...know the difference
3. saturated and trans fats are the bad ones - limit these
4. poly- and mono-unsaturated fats are good - don't be afraid of them
5. carbohydrates are good and bad...know the difference
6. fibers and complex carbs are the good ones - eat these (about 40% of your caloric intake)
7. sugars and simple carbs are the bad ones - limit these, particularly late in the day (stay away from sodas and chips!)
8. drink water - lots and lots and lots of water. It's the only drink you need. Anything else is either wasted or simply bad for you
9. Eat 4-6 "meals" a day to boost your metabolism.
10. A meal is defined as a portion of a low-fat, protein rich entree, a portion of veggies for vits/mins, and a portion of complex carbs. (You can get these combined as a health shake)
For exercise, it's even simpler:
1. 4-6 hours per week
2. 45-90 min each day you exercise
3. do aerobic exercise (20-40 min) every day you exercise
4. work abdominals every day you exercise (between sets makes it easy)
5. do chest and triceps exercises on one day
6. do back and biceps exercises on a different day
7. do legs and shoulder exercises on a different day
8. do your exercises in sets (i.e. 3 times with 6-12 repetitions each)
9. keep a record of what you do to measure progress.
10. when your progress stalls (called "plateau"), switch up your routine.

You should be able to do that just by cutting out all refined sugar.
Eat 1500 calories (eat whatever you like and when you hit 1500, stop)
Or do a 500 calorie exercise (running up hill for 30 minutes will cover this)
or do both for double the results or alternate every day.
NEVER EAT MORE THAN 2000 CALORIES.

Don't follow a particular diet, just change your eating habits to healthy ones. I did this and lost 16 kilos - that was without exercising. If you combine with exercise it'll shift quicker. Just swop bad things for good things. Stop and think about what you are doing before you eat - think about what you are eating. Picture yourself in your wedding dress or in a bikini if you want to pig-out! That always helps me.
