Doctors don't seem to help do they? Granted, I've only seen 2 doctors in the past few months but they don't seem to help.
I've been feeling miserable since June last year, at first the one doctor said I was just a normal teenager. Everything was fine. And he referred me to two places to talk about things. But both of them weren't even for my age group so I couldn't go! And the way he said things seemed... stuck up. Not sure how to describe it, but he didn't really delve into things.
My school suggested I go to the doctors again, and Miss Evans (a mentor) said that it sounded more than being a normal teenager. This time I asked for a female doctor. I wanted to talk to her on my own, but I couldn't even do that because she said I wasn't an adult so I needed my mom in the room too. But she also brushed things off quickly and referred me to another place.
What is it with doctors? Why is it hard to find a nice, caring doctor who will understand you more?
