your township trustee!! or u can get a resourse sheet from the local welfare office or call tham and ask if they have numbers..sometimes they will have numbers to certain churches or red cross trustees,in different towns/places their are many different resources..i have had to get alot of help in the past and the places to check is where low income people goto so id find out if theirs a township trustee and call red cross and see they have #;s
