When I woke up this morning, the base of the fourth toe on my left foot was in excrutiating pain. I could barely walk. The pain feels almost like a cramp, but it has something to do with the nerve? It's kind of in the front part of my foot, just below the toes. I also have an ingrown toenail right now on that same foot, but I don't think that has anything to do with it... what is wrong with my foot??

i get that a lot, too. just massage the toe and surrounding area until the pain goes away. i think it's due to the cold weather.

Your toe could be infected by the ingrown toenail. I would go to a doctor before it gets any worse. You'd just have to get on an antibiotic.
