Neem oil is a very very strong anti-fungal.
you could also try other very strong anti fungals, and even mix them. To make a very strong anti fungal tincture, put cinnamon bark, neem tea (dry), black walnut, cloves and turmeric into a glass jar and fill with black label vodka or ever clear. in 3 days, apply the tincture to your whole foot with a cotton ball or swab, do this twice a day. the fungus, regardless of origin, will be gone in a month or less.

This sound a bit weird, but gently rub the area with a metholated chest balm such as Vick's Vapo-rub or Mentholatum. The generic store brands work just as well. These preparations usually contain menthol, phenol and petroleum jelly
Menthol provides the distinctive odor, but is also a very potent antifungal.
Phenol produces the cooling sensation and is also a topical antiseptic.
Petroleum jelly is somewhat antiseptic, and helps to soothe the irritated skin.
Apply in the morinig and in the evening.

Wear cotton socks to wick away excessive sweat.

Try using an antifungal cream and changing shoes to allow the ones worn to dry out between uses.
