I'm 20 years old 5'4", and weigh approx 240. I was 150 and a size 13 my freshman year in h.s and I'd give anything to be that again. I was perfectly content with myself, and then everyone started bitching at me about my weight saying I was a fat a**. I don't know why, but the weight started to gain, and it's really getting to me.
I hate only having 2-3 stores to shop in, always thinking about my weight, but whenever I go to try a diet or w/e, something always tells me 'No.' I can start to feel a difference when I walk, that I am breathing harder and things like that. I've tried weight watchers, those low carb diets, I've tried creating my own, counting only calories, all of it. I don't really believe in diet pills, but I'm that desperate that I'm willing to try whatever.
I don't know what to do. If anyone has any suggestions, please, anything.....
