Shingles is usually along the trunk--they follow the nerve path. That means they don't go all the way around your body. Make sure you do NOT touch your face. Not your mouth, nose and especially your eyes. If you get it there it is VERY dangerous.

If you're a older person and haven't had shingles there is a vaccination available now, it's very new.If you never had Chicken pox odds are you won't get shingles

If it truly is Shingles, it will NOT cross to the other side. If it does, thats not what it is. Google shingles, you will see that it is only unilateral.

its the same rash as athletes foot and ring worm i believe ... just use some inti-fungal cream and it will get rid of it and yes it will spread
