O.K. I am trying to lose a lot of weight. I want to, not only for myself thouhg. i really want to get this guys attention, and I have before, I mean we have talked, and he goes to my church, but he is major skin and bones, and I am here with a whole lot of fat over my waist line! Please, I have been doing sit-ups for the past hour, on and off, and I know all that will do right now is make my stomach hurt majorly in the morning. What else can I do? Specific foods to stay away from, what kind of OTHER exerciseing I can do? Please help, I feel like I love him, and I know he doesnt like me right now, so advise here. I just want to know what can b really affective rerally fast on this diet. I am " Not his type." right now, so please any advise would b great. Oh, and please dont write I shouldnt go all this trouble for a guy. I really love him, and I just want to lose weight, but I have been trying, and not succeding. Please help.
