i just went to the doctors and he froze my two plantars warts that are on my heel. my foot hurts so bad that the pain seems to be traveling up my leg. the pain is unbearable! what should i do besides take tylenol? i have to go back next week, and i dont think i can wait that long. should i put a hot or cold pack on it? help

Soak them in warm water. I'm guessing they're pressing on a nerve--they're rotten little suckers! I've had a bunch myself, and mine finally went away on their own (the stuff I used on them didn't work, or they'd come back.)

Call the doc. You might not have to wait that long if you have complications or whatever. See if they can give you something or recommend something.

If you've been walking on it, try putting some corn/bunion cushions on them. They are padded, round discs that stick to the foot. They have an opening in the middle where your wart can sit without being irritated.

It may also be infected. See your doctor about the possibility of getting antibiotics as well.
