I am 13 and way 150 pounds!! I really want to loose 10 pounds really quickly, but i want it to be healthy. Oh ya and just in case it matters i am 5" 4".

I think the best diet for a 13 year old is WEIGHT WATCHERS. South beach i heard doesn't really work. Atkins kills your liver and you'lll gain all the weight you lost almost instantly when you bring carbs back into your life. and a crash diet you'll also get everything back.
a lot of my family has gone on weight watchers and my grandpa lost over 100 lbs. so it's good
especially for osmeone of your age, becuae you dont want ot eliminate too many foods since your still young, and growing.

oh and lots of water and excercise.
if you drink pop, if you eliminate all pops for one year. [i know it's a long time, but you can lose this weight on top of the stuff you already wann lose] if you eliminate all pops. you can lose 20 lbs.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

There is no way for a thirteen year old to lose 10 "fast". You are definitely overweight for your height but you must remember that it took you a while to get to that state, so it will take you a while to lose the extra weight. You must eat sensibly, avoid junk food and exercise daily. You shouldn't lose any more that 1-2 lbs per week to maintain good health. Good luck and hang in there, take it one day at a time! Actually, you should talk to a dietitian.

You should talk to your family doctor. At such a young age you have to be very careful about being healthy. And honestly there is no way to lose weight fast. If you want to keep off weight you need to eat healthier, eat smaller portions, and you have to excercise (but don't over do it). Take Care and talk to an adult!

well number one, if you drink coke, a lot, or even often, that can abe reason your at a weight you don't want to be at. and cut back on too much junk food and sugary items. have a small portion daily, and eat more salads! lastly, don't forget exercise, at least walk a mile.

till now you commence your day in school do one hour of aerobics/cardiovascular routines. I did that and lost over 100lbs. I swear. of path ingesting healthful too. yet make it a ordinary to try this on college days. ~Miku-Marmalade has spoken ?
