I've been up to six dice to do sit ups, every day Before bed I I roll the die and do as many sit up as dots shown. I have noticed some results, But I want to use it at the gym. Maybe you could give me some pointers as to how I can use them there. Like reps, wieght amount, minutes on an exercize bike. stuff like that.

thanks

consistancy is the only way to lose weight, build muscle, etc. if you roll the dice one day, and it says to do 6 sit-ups, then the next day is says to do 20, nothing is consistant. just develop a plan to work out and eat right. think of how weird you'll look rolling dice on the gym floor?!

I think you've answered your own question...use the dice for the reps...I don't know how much you can lift, so come up with a formula like 10 times what you roll is the weight amount...and roll for the minutes on the exercise bike. Does your gym have a jump rope? You could roll the dice and do the number of jumps shown... If your gym has classes, you could roll the dice to see what class to attend. If there's a pool at your gym, you could roll for the number of laps you swim. If there's a track, you could roll for the number of laps you run/jog. If there are treadmills at your gym, you could roll for the number of minutes, or for the level you want it set on.

best not to use dice really but develop a work out that is tailored to what you want to achieve.

depending on whether you want to increase your fitness, lose weight, gain weight, build muscle, or whatever, you should structure your work-out accordingly.

ask one of the trainers at your gym and see if they have any tips.

Never heard of anything so ridiculous. Get a work out schedule and stick to it.
