I am 12 years old, and I am 5"2 1/2, and 135 pounds. I feel like I am over weight. And I also know that I am. Anyways, I dislike alot of vegtibles and fruits. I really like bread, fast food, and dont like alot of salads. I am going on vacation in one month and I want to wear a bikkini, I was wondering what could help me. I've been on many diets before but I didnt succeed. I just quit and I dont know if I will ever be skinny, Please help because I really want to be the skinny girl everyones talking about!! I want to lose about 20-30 pounds! I have to much body fat and I want to loose it. Please help me before its too late!
