The best thing and most effective is vasoline. Some people do not like to use it because it is greasy, but used in small amounts and rubbed in really helps. In dry winter weather vasoline is the only product that helps me. It also is inexpensive.
You could try using it right before you go to bed if the grease really bothers you. Also you can put some into a small container to take with you if you need to use a small amount during the day.

You need to use a lotion esp. made for very sensitive skin. I heard Aveeno is the best thing for ppl with allergies and extremely sensitive skin. Other than that, I suppose baby oil might help, after all it was made for a babys skin.

Fruit of the Earth makes wonderful lotions with Aloe Vera, or just plain Aloe Vera gel. There is also some good ointments you can get. Here's the website:

Try skin milk (<--- actual name) it can be found at walmart. It's in a blue and clear tub, about 4 oz I think. Its not by the lotions. Its by their bubble baths and stuff like that. It says SKIN MILK right on the front....just look for something blue.
