Your still carrying baby weight!! I know you probably do not like that answer but it is true. Between 12 and 14 I lost all my chubbs and found myself in High School at 134-140 lbs 5'8" and a size 5.
You have a long way to go to worry about this now. But if you are serious, I would start with cutting the fast food out! If you crave a burger, have mom make one for you! The difference between homeade and take out , calories wise is ENORMOUS!!
I would get some low carb smoothies (dannon I think) and have them between meals. Eat a nice big breakfast of OJ, toast, milk and a banana. It will fill you up for the day.
Whatever you do, do not starve yourself or put any food off limits. If you MUST have chips then know what the portion is and only take that.
And go for a walk. If its snowy out, then walk up and down your stairs 10 times. Any movement will help.

Please don't even try to lose 20 pounds in 15 days!! You will be very sorry if you do. What will happen is that you will lose the weight but then it will all come back along with a few more pounds. Your body will think it is being starved so it will hold onto the weight making it even harder to lose and your body will make the extra pounds in case it gets starved again. The ONLY way to lose the weight is DO NOT DIET!!!! Eat healthy, drink a LOT of water, at least 8 glasses per day. Stay AWAY from fast food. Begin doing exercises every day. Exercises can be doing really FUN things. Dancing, riding bikes and that kind of stuff. Forget about being a skinny on this vacation and start your new lifestyle right now so the next vacation you will be a skinny. Talk to your gym teacher at school and see what they recommend to lose weight. Also you could go to the YMCA to use the exercise equipment and probably join a class there to get into shape. Also swimming is good, maybe a pool at school?

Muscle is what fuels your metabolism (the rate at which your body burns calories)...so, if you lose muscle, your metabolism is a lot slower. Also, when you go back to eating normal, you gain weight, because because you have slowed your metabolism.
You are going to have to add some veggies to your diet. Be creative with salads. If you have a sweet tooth, try a low fat, low calorie, raspberry walnut vinegrette dressing (tasty). Or add some dried fruit to your salad....that works. With everything, watch portion sizes. If you read the label on a bag of chips, and it says 200 calories per serving, and a serving is 15 chips, count out 15 and put the bag up. Always know what a serving size is.
And you are a kid...go outside and PLAY. Ride your bike, hula hoop, jump rope, make an obstacle course in your back yard. Proper diet and exercise are important things in life, they make you less stressed and a happier person, overall. When you look good, you feel good...it is hard work, but you will feel a sense of accomplishment once you drop some weight the right way.
Try a more attainable goal, like, lose 3 or 4 lbs in 15 days.

First, you can't lose 20 pounds in 15 days without hurting yourself and messing up your metabolism. Second, if you want to lose weight, do it gradually and in a reasonable way. And finally, don't feel like you *have* to wear a bikini on this vacation, cause there'll be more vacations in the future. It's not like you'll never have a chance to wear a bikini again.

well if ur going to lose weight u have to eat healthy food or ur just going to keep gaining weight. also start exercising each day such as running a mile. or walking. drink water instead of soft drinks and u must cut out the fast food it wont help u. also go to the store and buy B12 vitamins it speeds up the metabolism. thats about all u can do.
