Although I wouldn't advocate eating your biggest meal late in the evening, it really doesn't matter when you eat your biggest meal. Eating a large meal in the morning will provide your body with more fuel to use throughout the day, but when it comes down to it, if you take in more calories than you expend, you will gain weight.
You are probably better off consuming a number of small meals throughout the day. This will provide your body with a constant source of fuel and you will feel more satisfied (and therefore less likely to overeat at a later meal).

you should eat equal portions of six small meals each day to maintain your body's normal metabalic rate in order to continue to work off calories.your meals should contain a lot of veggies preferably raw and portions of meat no larger than a deck of cards, and lots of fiber ( if bread, at least 4 grams per slice ) and your normal 8 glasses of water per day. If possible do not eat before going to bed. Eat whole wheat bread. Exercise at least 30-60 min. per day and make sure the exercise makes you sweat.

you can. having the largest amount of calories early in the day is a good way to help keep from overeating later on. many people starve themselves during the daytime and end consuming too much food (and the wrong kinds of food) at night which can definetly effect body weight and composition.
