My little girl has ringworm on her scalp and we have tried lots of medicines and even took her to the doctor and they gave her a cream that has not helped and I have been using it twice a day since the 9th of Feb. I don't know what else to do for it.

I agree. If the ringworm isn't getting better with the creams, then you see if you can get some pills.

Well, a simple case of ringworm can normally be treated with the Nizoral shampoo and the prescribed cream. I found that the over-the-counter jock itch/fungal ointment works wonders. Also, Sulfur 8 shampoo can make a difference.

If the case is persistent, keep going back to your pediatrician so it can be re-evaluated. My son ended up having an allergic reaction to the ringworm called kerions. It required him to go on prednisone for a week.

Your doctor may treat a ringworm by prescribing a fungicidal material to swallow as tablets or powders that can be applied directly to the affected areas.
If you have redness and itching of the skin and you can see a patchy lesion, call your doctor.

You can use nonprescription antifungal creams. The rash will usually improve within 2 weeks. But most antifungals need to be used for 2 to 4 weeks to eliminate the fungus.

Clear Nailpolish, it might make her hair a little stiff in that area but it works really well.
