I wanted to get thinner, and I did... only, I have a big face and I dont think it also got thinner.. it's just the same big round face. If there is an exercise for this... please indicate, please I really need this 'coz Im getting an audition by April... and I need to appear thin.

i am boy...17 years old
the problem is that my breast(chest) is a little bit bigger than usual.
so it coz me a problem when i wear a T-shirt.
my weight is 70kg and my hight is 186.
does any1 of u have this problem ?

i have had a lump on my lip for like aweek now and only today it turned white.. and ussy i think it might be a pimple ,but im not sure.. its really noticable on my face and draws ur attention to it . what do i do ? should i pop it with like a needle or whatever or just let it go naturelaly .. its all swollen and like it hurts,, its right where the lip turns red on the top of my lip to the side and it hurttss!! i dont knwo what to do =[ what happens when you pop them ?? is it bad some people have told me it has to be popped if it has puss stuff in it ??? please help ?

My friend has bipolar according to his doctor but I don’t see him moody— or do I see him from happy to anger as opposed to this diagnosis. He seems practically normal. Maybe he was misdiagnosed? His doctor wanted him to take Depokote ER but my friend refused because he doesn’t think he is bipolar.

I have one scheduled in a couple of days. My breasts are not very large but not too small either. They are round, not the pointy kind. Everyone keeps telling me that the examination is very painful especially if you dont have big breasts and they have to sort of pull on them to get them under the x-ray . Is it true?

I had a hysterectomy about 10 years ago due to endometriosis. Last week I did a Pilates class and had a very good work out. Later, when I was done with my work out I found that was spotting.
I did expect to be a little sore due to some new exercises that I was not used to. BUT I have had some extreme stomach pain, which had lasted for about a week. (Yes, I did make an apt with my gyn)
I was wondering if anyone has had problems with endo after a complete hysterectomy? I have not had this kind of pain since before I had the hysterectomy. It wasn't like my stomach muscles were hurting, it was like the feeling that you have when an adhesion tares.
Do you think that this is endo giving me problems? And have you had problems after having a total hysterectomy? I have not experienced anything like this in quit a while.

I've always been so against drinking to solve your problems. But lately i've been drinking when im upset or depressed about my ocd. And the bad thing is the alcohol makes me even more depressed after it wears off abit. It takes my mind off things for awhile but doesn't last.

I know this is not a solution and its not sumthing i do frequently. I told a friend who knows about my ocd and she told me to stop..plain and simple just stop. It sounds easy but when i get in a certain mood im not really thinking about wat will happen later..just taking the pain away is my only concern. Anyone else been in this situation or have any advice?

I am suffering from gout for the last 12 years. I face 3 or 4 time attacks of pain in a year. then I use to take indocap cap. for relief in pain . All five of my kids, and my husband have the flu. I feel like crap and am coughing, with the shakes like I've seen the rest of my family go through.

so my kids and husband have been running fevers all day... I bought a new ear thermometer...

When I checked my temp, it said 94.3. So I checked my other ear and it said 93.6... so then I checked my daughter who has had a high fever all night and it said 102.9... which I expect from her because she had it up to 105 a couple hours ago... I then checked mine again, and it said 93.4

What does it mean if my temp is dropping??
