Do you know a way to get rid of fever, fast and easy (health)?

I want to get rid of fever within a single day. Note: I have very low fever, so it may not be a problem. health

They tell you to take Tylenol to keep the fever down. I don't think there's really a "fast and easy" way, other then rest and tylenol.
