small bump in the left side of the head of my penis?

after i masturbate and when i was cleaning it. i noticed that a small dark (lump) bump suddenly appeared in the left side of the head of my penis. it wasn't there before i masturbated. it's been 2 days since i have this annoying thing in the head of my penis. everytime i touch it, i feel pain. is it a pimple? or the nerves inside my penis? do pimples grow in the head of a penis.?
