No. Once they are removed, then they are gone forever.

Nope. If you have some that are still under the gum line, and the mouth is too small, they may appear after other ones are out.
However, this is highly unlikely, as they usually try to come in anyway, what is known as impacted wisdom teeth- very painful and often get infected, needing to be pulled.
Good x-rays ought to let you know exactly what is in your mouth, including any teeth that are not where they should be.

USUALLY NO, BUT ON RARE OCCASIONS YOU CAN HAVE AN EXTRA TOOTH BEHIND THE WISDOM TEETH IT IS CALLED A SUPERNUMERARY TOOH OR DISTOMOLAR AND THAT CAN GROW OUT. THIS IS HOWEVER RARE (APPROX 0.1% OF POPULATION. IT IS THUS SAFE TO SAY THAT THEY WONT GROW BACK. AN XRAY WILL CONFIRM THE PRESENCE OR ABSENCE OF EXTRA TEETH IN THE MOUTH.

They don't grow back...some people have more than four. When the first four are taken out, then the rest come forward and break through the gums. See?
