Eat only when hungry. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. Do not take more than three meals a day with no drink or food in between except water. The only exception is diabetic who shud take smaller meals more frequently.

There are so many ways to lose weight besides spending the money at an expensive gym. Try just jogging or doing simple pushups or situps at home. After my second child I did so many pushups and situps that I was a size four, (compared to a size six before I was pregnant.)

If you are not committed to losing the junk food or eating Taco Smell, then only great exercise routines will get you anywhere, after all, you are what you eat....

most people say that because once you leave the gym all your energy is spent in all those workout that's why you would feel hungry and you will eal a lot more..it's all about discipline.. going to gym needs a lot of discipline...i you really want to go the gym i would suggest that you eat first before doing you're workout. eat energy bars that are low in fat and calories and drink water, lots of water to replenish you're energy... look the nutritional facts written in every food you buy at the grocery store.choose those that are low in fat and calories...preferebly 0% fat. that's what my cousin did and he lost around 20-30 lbs in a month. good luck..

Eating right is 50% of losing weight. Exercising well is the other 50%. Going to the gym is one of the best things you can do for your weight and health. You need some new "people" :)

no its not true
If u keep doing some physical activity and eat the same amount of food you will stay the same.
But when you are going 2 a gym u are using up calaries so you anturally tend 2 eat more during that period. If eating that amount becomes your habbit then u tend 2 become fat. Hence u must controll your diet and so atleast some physical workout!
