If you want to reduce your weight,
A)Exercise:
1) do whatever the exercise that makes you maximum
swetting for 10 to 15 minutes minimum a day.(lose as much
as water possible)
2) chewing green chillies will also help you to sweat.
3) playing tennis,shuttlecock,volley ball.... even playing with air
filled ballons in your house also can help you to reduce
weight.
B)Diet:
1)in the morning drink a glass of worm water with pinch of salt.
2)5 to 10 minutes after taking water take a glass of good
buttermilk (100 to 250 ml)[ 2 tea spoons of curd in a glass full
of cold water and salt to taste]
3)do not eat any other breakfast until midday meals.take
midday meals as you wish.
4)for dinner take as you like but less quantity. and do simple
exercise like walking before going to bed.
never do hard exercise when you feel eaten toomuch.
do exercise whenever you are free and reduce eating or drinking coffee or tea many times per day.
thats all the secrets of reducing the weight.
if your Body mass index (BMI=weight in kg / height^2 in meters)
is in between 18 to 25 no need to reduce your weight.

That's about 176 lbs. and that, as you know, is quite heavy for a woman unless you're over 6 ft. (183 cm) tall. Several people on this site have answered simply "stop eating so much" or words to that affect and they are essentially correct. But that's like saying to a smoker who asks how to quit smoking: "Just stop lighting up" or to an alcaholic who seeks help:"Just stop drinking".
My advice is to gradually reduce your food intake, a little bit each meal. I had a friend who put on a lot of weight when he was in his mid-30's. His doctor told him:"Larry, try to eat until you're no longer hungry; not until you're full". That simple advice helped him loose all the weight he wanted to lose in a reasonable amount of time. Remember also :"Quick weight loss equals quick weight gain", so be careful in how fast you lose your access weigh.
Also gradually replace fatty and sugary foods with more and more fruits and vegetables. Cut down on sugary drinks and more and more just plain water (add some lemmon and/or non-sugar sweeteners as you prefer).
As for exercise, also start small and easy and work yourself up gradually. To be too ambitious too quickly leads to discouragement and early quitting. Walking is a good one, either outdoor or indoor, on a treadmill. Start slow and do about 15-20 minutes each time, three times a week . Keep it up.
If you can, work with your doctor on your diet and exercise programs and come in for a check up every so often. Remember, easy does it and be patient.

Just look at one of those exercise shows on the telly that come on in the morning. Also, take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2 x day or more, as needed. Has 93 vitamins and minerals, Curbs appetite. We overeat because we are looking for vtamins in our food, whcih studies have proved there are not enough calories in the foods that we eat. Apple cider vinegar really really works so you can eat all of the foods you love and not have to diet. You will naturally feel full. All of a sudden you will be eating as normal and then like wow you feel so full. By the way, I lft weight and look at dancing on the telly.

Height info shud have been helpful.
Marriage stress shud have lead to over weight.
29 years is not the age to worry of weight.
You have another 16 years to worry about weight.
Hence start eating all varities of Bread frying, with any side dish.
Your appetite is fulfilled with Nourishment, and the Bread taste will not allow you to eat more during intervals except water.

Just exercise more take any opportunity to walk take the stairs and not the elevator. Before going to bed have a 10 a 20 min. walk a day, it takes an effort but result is great.
If you like to eat, than eat in the morning like a king and in the evening like tramp (simple sandwich, many vegetable - they digest quickly).
Don't do it all at the same time, take one at the time (one change a day)
Try to isolate the little things, no butter, less fat on the meat (preferable BBQ), no mayonnaise.

my dear friend u have to do nothing other then these things wake up inthe morning early go far a walk dont do much exercise too avoid oils and fats in ur diet dring water in regular intervals of time n also get a good sleep not more then 8 hours . u should get evrything what ever u eat by doing household work dont store a singel amount of energy extra n then u see but u have to keep patience in this method

Eat all the food whatever is good to health but eat at a coorect time in a limit manner. Do the exercise regularly. Vedathiri ashram in aaliyar(near coimbatore) is the headoofice. But there are more branch in every towns and cities. They teach the exercise, it is very simple and it has no machine to do. Do that exercise regularly.
