My blood pressure is 117/75. Last night I was feeling dizzy and weak and my reading was 118/84. I am not feeling well. Do I probably have a virus that makes me feel this weird or are these feelings caused by the change of blood pressure? I just want to lie down.

I am just looking for some quick exercises i can do on the floor on my room, or any where else i might be stuck for a little bit. Nothing too time consuming. I do push ups and crunches. I just want to be able to tone my body a little bit, but its not a big deal to me.

I have a boyfriend of about a month who at first was sweet, and then things changed. I only gave him my cell number, and nothing else about me. He somehow found out my house number, my address, my GRANDMAS address, locker combination at school, my every class, and he doesnt trust me with my guy friends!! Then he started touching me innapropriately and id say no and he'd disregard what I had to say and kept going. Then, the other day, he tried to put his hand down my pants and of course, i said no, but he still kept after it, touching my "parts" and i tried to escape many times, but hed grab me tight and would not let go of me. My guy friend tried to help me up, but then i got pulled back and it hurt me because i hit the ground hard, but he STILL kept touching me! and he said to me "You look so cute when you squirm", Is what Im dealing with considered molestation, although we are the same age? Or is it just a sick mind he has? Or both?! HELP!!!!

Hi guys. My name is Leyanet and I have ADHD, hearing impairment and speech/language impairment. Being that is sucks for me cause i get teased a lots during my elem school. I couldn speak right way. I couldn't hear very well. I get hyper a lots, couldn't focus, have meltdown, get impusly. now i am on treatment on Adderall and Adderall XR which i am on two treatment because i have severe hyperactiving. now i am not on treatment and its not helping out at all. it affecting my grades. soo i am going to be back on meds on feb 5. the reason why i am not on treatment is because my doctor business is shut down and couldn't prescribe medication. i dont feel good about my disabilities. I feel like nobody want to be my freind in my school cause of my disabilities.

and well, i kinda hit my head on the wall, and then i heard my spine crack.

well, yesturday while i was at work, my neck and back of head started hurting really bad...didnt think much of it, but then it kept hurting all night..i could hardly sleep and anytime i moved the pain restarted.

so i was having a nightmare and when i woke up and slung my head up and feel back into the pillow..it started hurting again....then finally i took some ibeuprofen and it has stopped so far..

do i have nething to worry about? b.c. i watch a lot of csi and medical shows and im afraid im gonna drop dead b/c my spinal fluid is leaking out or something

Hello there...

I have a small question for all of u folks who perform blood draws by syringes....when u draw the patient's blood and proceed to empty the syringe in the test tube...when the syringe is emptied, are there any traces of blood left on the inner walls of it or it looks like it hasnt been used before? So basically, can a nurse not realize that she had used this syringe before?

The reason am asking is coz I went for a blood draw today and I wasnt paying attention so I didnt notice the nurse unwrap a needle...all I saw is her holding the needle and sticking it in my vein..I looked at the needle before she used it and it looked perfectly clean...

I try to go every other day, 4 days a week for about 2 to 2 and half hours at a time.


Also, how many reps of each body group should I be doing. For instance, one day I do back and shoulders, lately I've been doing 8 exercises for each area. At times if I wait to long and want to get it in before the gym closes (like on the weekend), is it ok if I do it 5 exercises each or will that be "teasing" my muscles?

I'm 26, 6'1 and weigh 188 lbs by the way. Is that big?

My boyfriend is 15 and he started to take Protein shakes and drink "Muscle Milk" about 4 months ago. He works out every day for 2 hours. Ever since he started to take them, his attitude has changed. I live on a very tight budget with no medical or dental insurance. My teeth arent the greatest. I know I need a dentist but I cant afford it right now. Anyway, One of my back teeth flairs up occassionally causing some discomfort. I take asparin for it and it goes away in a few days. the asparin helps alot to dull the pain. It seems to flair up the most when I am sick or am cold. does anyone else have a similar problem and what do you do about it
