I'm so bored with this question. Especially those who can't even spell "lose". It's not rocket science. It's simple, you eat less and exercise more. That's it.

Exercise and healthy eating is key to losing weight. Look for some quick 30 minute recipes that you can whip up in a jiffy. Be sure to get in a 20 to 30 minute workout too. I can understand how tuff this could be as a working mom but you can do it. Maybe you can find some help getting an exercise routine to fit your schedule by checking out this information.

I lost three stone a couple of years back, with no help just abit of careful thinking really (not saying it was not hard!!)
When i had some free time i washed my lettuce, cucumber etc...
and put them in a tub in the fridge, so i could have a salad for dinner etc when i was hungry ,it really does help to have it ready to eat all you have to do is slap it on the plate.
I always use to have a few tins of weight watchers soup (or something similar) and a roll that's quick etc...
If you are cooking a chicken save a bit for your salad, and i also used to do a chicken stew you can do enough for 2 days then you don't have to think about it abit longer etc......
A smaller plate helps, you think the plate looks smaller.
Good luck i know how hard it is!!!

you know eating less and exercising more is the only real answer so you need to think of ways suiting you that will give you an insentive, feeling of progress and feeling of achievement while you adapt your appetite to the new regime. You can eat anything in moderation but try not to use food as a comfort or reward but leave it just as a pleasure to enjoy in at certain times of the day. Everyone else is earning from giving you ideas - and they are doing very well thank you Just make the first step the next is easier. .

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

I know how you feel
not enough hours in the day
my biggest friend is my freezer
I do lots of cooking on the weekend and freeze meals for speed during the week - leaving time for my kids
Also much healthier than those shop-bought easy meals (NO HIDDEN SUGARS) and better portions

Go bland. Plain, uncomplicated, unseasoned food such as grilled chicken, plain rice and a bare baked potato are nutritious but your palette will tire of these quickly, unlike salty moreish refined food, which keeps you snacking and piling about the pounds.
