I try to go every other day, 4 days a week for about 2 to 2 and half hours at a time.

Also, how many reps of each body group should I be doing. For instance, one day I do back and shoulders, lately I've been doing 8 exercises for each area. At times if I wait to long and want to get it in before the gym closes (like on the weekend), is it ok if I do it 5 exercises each or will that be "teasing" my muscles?

I'm 26, 6'1 and weigh 188 lbs by the way. Is that big?

I applaud your effort 2 hours is great. Usually its 2-3 reps of 8-12. But when it burns is when its actually working. If you aren't sore the next day or so, your not really making any difference. work different muscle groups.. Shoulders, back..Arms, legs .
Usually once a week for those groups.
Sounds like you are a good size..:)

I hit the gym religiously, but I only do cardio and a little stomach work. I have never been into weights and I don't care how I look. It's all about being healthy!
