Call your surgeon. He/she may need to examine you to tell.

His/her number is on the papers you got after discharge from the surgery. Someone is on call to answer your question.

If there is no swelling, try moving you lower leg, while holding your upper leg stiff. That will show you if you have lateral movement. If so, contact your doctor.
After each of my knee replacements, I was walking with a cane within five days. If your operation was more than five days ago, I would not worry
