NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

I am no expert, but i know eating properly can effect acne a lot. Stay away from greasy foods. Another thing that really helps is to exercise to the point of a good sweat and showering immediately after you are done exercising. It helps clean out the pores. Combining both will be even better.

There are of course cremes and medicines out there, but there is one in particular that is supposed to cure acne completely for the rest of your life. My sister had this treatment done, but it had to be done in the winter because it causes you to be very sensitive to sunlight while taking the drug. I don't know what it is called, I am sure you would need to go to a dermatologist to get it prescribed.
The treatment worked very well for her. She used to have massive acne, now she barely even gets one pimple ever.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symptoms and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.

For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

i can only speak from my own experience of acne on my face so here goes!

i would avoid any steroidal drug like ro-actutaine (check spelling)as this make you very thirsty and drys your skin out so much that you like a lizard shedding its skin!

also later in life your skin losses its elasticity and you are prone to wrinkles and pitting (I took roactutaine for three years when i was 17 i am now 40 but look much older due to the tablets)

i would recommend salt water fesh air and sun. i took up surfing at the age of twenty and my skin cleared up far quicker than any tablet i was ever prescribed.

sometimes letting nature take it cause is far better than tampering with nature - i wish i had listened to this advice when i was younger.

drinking water and a healthy diet definetly play a big part in preventing spots. beer is definetly a no no as is greasy food they both block the skins pores.

i hope this helps in some way.

I'd wash it several times a day with an antibacterial soap and warm water, wear a loose shirt, and leave his sleeping shirt off at night to give it air. There may be some acne creams that are good, but I'm not familiar with them. Ask your pharmacist.

If your son is suffering from back acne that is probably because he eats unhealthy foods he should stop eating junk food and never touch the acne.
