1. Drink lots of water during the day. Maybe 4-6 bottles (one bottle is usually 2 servings). Water is good for everything - your skin, your body and for giving you a sense of being full for a short period of time.
2. Find foods that have less calories and lots of nutrition. Vegetables, fruit, grains and lean meats are always good choices. Speak with your nutritionist, general doctor or other health professional for ideas that suit you the best.
3. Eat the foods you have selected, plan ahead if possible. Do not skip meals (see reasons below). A plan makes sticking to a diet much easier, especially if you have a busy life and tend to "eat on the run" and grab anything at hand.
4. Decide on what method of eating suits your needs best. Eat "normally" with three usual-sized meal portions if you like consistency and have the ability to sit down at a table three times a day. Or, you could try eating a full breakfast, then eating several small snacks the rest of the day (known as "grazing). Ask a nutritionist or health professional to advise you on which method is best for your needs.
5. Brush your teeth early so that you won't be as tempted to eat anything else at night. If you must nibble, have small slices of apple, carrot sticks or similar until your body learns to not crave food later at night.
6. Exercise. Always include exercise as part of any diet. Exercise is the part that firms and tones you; it is also the part that helps to ensure that your metabolism can cope with the dietary changes.
7. Think lifestyle eating. Diets come to an end, which is a good thing because we should not spend out life feeling "deprived". Instead, once you have reached your goal, focus on good eating habits and exercise as part of your lifestyle. Lifestyle eating is about embracing a permanent change in the way you eat and the things you eat and keeping this up. Done properly, it will usually eliminate the need for dieting again.

Make sure to eat all the meals just control the portions. Breakfast is very important. When it comes to stomach.. every morning work on 50 situps before breakfast then 50 situp before you go to bed. Do not skip any days. after each two weeks add additional 10. Give it several month and you will have good and healthy stomach.

See a doctor for your aneroxia. 5'5 and 95 pounds is SKINNNNNYYYYYY! If you're only eating one meal and snacks you also aren't healthy. Get help before you wind up in the morgue.

Go to the gym. Please don't diet. You're too skinny for a diet. Just cut on fat foods (snacks, potato chips...), eat your food cooked with olive oil and that's it. The fat will burn fast with the gym and if you cut on fat foods. But have your meals and try not to eat too much for dinner.

well try taking martial arts it helps alot with core strenghthening and it isnt as difficult as other sports but you still get a good workout!

if you do not want to do that then you should combine aerobic exercise and weight training. for aerobic exercise you should run, swim, bike, jump rope, or something to get your heart rate up and your body moving. for weights you should do some arm and leg weights because your overall fitness goes along with your stomache and do sit ups daily! get a swiss ball(those large exercise balls) and do sit ups and different exercises on it. try to do that and eat alot of eggs for protein and vegies and some carbs, but try to cut down on carbs. get plenty of sleep

You could try sit ups/crunches to tone your stomach. You could be underweight for your height [depending on your bone structure] and might have malnutrition problems. Malnutrition sometimes causes stomachs to stick out.

you are so posed to have fat, especially females, ITS NATURAL. I am a straight guy and i can tell you it is not attractive to be that skinny. Curves are more aesthetically pleasing than jagged bones.

Eat normally (breakfast, lunch and dinner) it will boost your metabolism and help you burn your belly fat. Plus work out and do sit-ups. But remember, you have to eat!!!!
