hahaha...I"m sorry but that is funny. I watch all that stuff, too and I am crazy :)
You probably honestly don'thave much to worry about. People crack their backs all the time...if you don't usually do that, then that may be where the pain is coming from. Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory, so if it made you feel better, sounds like it must be something with your muscles.
If it persists, there is no shame is seeing a doctor. I don't envy you the conversation you will have to have though ;)

The chances are that you probably aren't gonna drop dead because spinal fluid leaking out happens in like 1 out of ever 1000 spine injuries. The same can be said about most life threatening spine injuries.
I don't know what happened and I'm not a doctor but if the pain doesn't go away within the next couple days, I'd go to the doctor if I were you.

First, stop watching so much tv! lol! (I'm a tv-hypochondriac too!) Then, if the pain still hasn't stopped after OTC meds, see your doctor or chiropractor. If the pain gets too intense to wait, go to the emergency room. However, if you injured your spinal cord so badly that you think spinal fluid is leaking, my (non-expert) guess would be that you wouldn't be well enough to be on Yahoo Answers!!! lol! Good luck and get well soon!

Please: do yourself a favor, and go to a walk in clinic or emergency room. Explain what happened to your head, and every symptom you've described. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SAT IT OCCURED WHILE HAVING SEX, unless it's absolutely imperative to the doctor, in order to make a diagnosis, AND I SERIOUSLY DOUBT THAT IT WOULD BE!!!!! You should have at LEAST an x-ray. To be thorough, a CT scan, MRI, or other more or less intrusive teasts can be prescribed. Head trauma - the "cracking" sound - is nothing to leave to fate. Please, take care of yourself. You are, obviously, an intelligent and articulate young woman. You've seen enough of "CSI" to know the ramifications of accidents left untreated. Go to a doctor. Immediately. Be WELL.

You probably tore a muscle. You can go to the doctor or you can just wait until the back muscles heal. I had the same thing happen to me. It took almost 3 weeks for my back to heal. I used hot or cold pack on my back i also used some sportscreme. But if you can not take the pain go to the doctor. My prayers are with you.

Sounds like you have whiplash. Get thee to a doctor and/or Chiropractor.
If you don't want to go to a doctor, wet a towel and put it in a microwave until it is very warm. (Watch out...it can catch fire). Put it on your neck until it cools off. Do this 2-3 times per day. Take ibuprofen for the pain.

Unless the pain is unbearable, I would say to give it a couple of days to see if it will get better. Continue to take the recommended dose of ibuprofen to reduce any swelling and help with the pain. If it isn't better in a couple of days, go to your doctor to get checked out. It will likely clear up on it's own.

No one on here will be able to give you a valid answer without being a doctor AND examining you. Here is a pretty reasonable rule of thumb though,... when in doubt, see a doctor because you are better off safe than sorry.

You should go see a doctor and he or she is likely to refer you to a physiotherapist. I think you might have pulled a vertebrae in your neck and they can fix that. Body is weird last time i pulled my neck my left arm wasnt working well and since my doctor gave me painkillers I thought I might aswell go see a physio. but thats just me listen to the doctor they have training and experience for these kind of things. Best of luck.

Sounds fatal to me sorry you didn't post this question when you may have had a chance for recovery......
Go see a doctor tell the doctor EXACTLY what happened. If you don't tell him everything he may wrongly diagnose you, he will probably order a MRI or an X-Ray,
