So im dieting im eatin 1200 calories a day 30 grams fat vitamins ect, 8-10 cups water, ect proteins, whole grains..and working out for at least an hour... but i feel sooo hungry throughout the day...whats up and how do i curb my hunger?

I always get when I get sick, but this time they really hurt and are so big that i cannot hardley swallow,and I have pus pockets allover my right one. I have always had this sinse I was like 13 and Im 28 and this is like the worst yet, When I went to see the doc Tuesday and their was no pus pockets is this normal and how much longer will it take for It to feel better? thanks any nurses out there?????

I am having a very heavy period this month. If you replied to the last one about the miscarraige then I have to let you know that my period is VERY clotty. Much more than normal. Clots are very big. Cramping is nill though. Just normal if not better than normal. Why is it so CLOTTYY!!! Very large clots...

Hiiiiiii.
So I've worn a bra to bed, most of my life, I'm young, but I've only slept without one probably a week out of my entire life, (besides childhood).
I recently bought one of Victoria's Secrets wireless bras, and not only are they the most comfortable things ever, but they're very great for support.

Those are the only ones I wear now.
So If I wear those to bed, as I normally do, every night, would that affect my breasts at all?
They're not fully developed yet, and I'm wondering if taking off my bra at night would help or not help them grow normally?

he told me that showeing with coffee beans and rubing them on my face would make my skin soft and better looking. so for 3weeks i have been rubbing coffee beans on my face every day. now im just wondering was my boyfriend lying to me and have i been doing this for nothing? he also told me puting tabasco sauce in my hair would help my hair look nicer. so are these things true?

I get horrible dry skin on my face. It gets flakey around my eyebrows, my chin and the side of my nose. I've tried a lot of products and spent a lot of money, yet I've been unable to find one that I am satisfied with. I don't want something that is going to make my face to oily either. Anyone have any good suggestions?

I just stoped tacking my bipolr disorder medz about 3 weeks a go. i know it was not good for me to do that but i didnt think thay helped me.thay did help me. i was on lithium i tack 4 pills at night thay are 300 mg,lunesta is 3mg 1 pill @ night,clonazepam 2 pills 2 mg @ night. can i just start tackeing them agin? what will happin if i do?? can anyone help me?

whenever I go outside in extreme cold or hot weather my skin turns bright red, when I drink cold or hot drinks it turns red, when I exercise too hard my face is red, and even if i rub it. Could this be part of eczema AND contact dermatitis? Even when I am mad or depressed my face breaks out. And what treatment could I get for this? Would cortisone be a good choice?

I just had septoplasty done along with refining the pyramid of my nose. It's been a few days since the doctor took out the wax and cast off my nose. Since then my nose runs. Also, the inside of my nostrils feel inflammed and irritated somewhat. Im really not happy that Im having a runny nose, its embarrassing. Anyhow, I spoke to my doctor and he said to try Claritin, and Im going to follow up with him in 2 weeks. I dont see why I need to take Claritin since I hardly use the product (I dont like being dependent on medication if I never needed it before). Anyhow, I wanted to know if this is normal, and if so how long would these symptoms last??? If its not normal please suggest another ENT in the Southern California area.

I feel tired all the time. I have been watching these ads that say this colon product really works but they are just trying to sell that product.I think it was Johnny cash that they reported when he passed away that he had 30 or 40 pounds that was stored in his colon.They say it can cause people to get sick, even thin people. So let me know the name of product you used and it worked for you. Has anyone tired Zantrex-3 ? Did they work for you ?NO SALES PITCHES PLEASE!!!!!!!

how do i do a proper sit up and lift my body up and down while laying flat on the ground and i dont feel any work out i do crunches and i feel the burn should i just do them i lay flat go about half way up with back and neck straight arms on my upper chest a feel my abs kinda vibrating and if i push them they are hard and flexed should i keep doing them i hold it for about 30 secs each is that good how many of them should i do i am very thin and can feel two "humps" where my six pack would be is that a start?

Recently I have had this cough that causes me to stop breathing.

One second im completely fine, but the next moment i could be coughing and i lose the ability to inhale for about 45 seconds.

its really scary because after the cough ends, im sitting thare trying my hardest to gasp for air, and its like im choking on the air itself


i went to the emergency room becasue it happened for times but they couldnt find anything wrong with my lungs and they said i was ok.

As soon as i left the place on my way home, i found myself in the street chooking again not being able to breath. Thank goodness my mother was there to pull me to the side of the street. so i can kneel on the floor to try to catch my breath

since the hospital cant help me. what should i do?
has anyone ever heard of this condition?

They are both on the bottom molars next to the very back molars,and the spots are on the same place on both of them.They are on top of the teeth.My teeth don't hurt,and the spots showed up at exactly the same time.And I went to the dentist a couple weeks ago and they didn't see any cavities.And I would also like to mention that a couple days ago I ate some chocolate covered coffee beans.But I don't see how coffee beans would stay stuck in my teeth that long.What do you think?Are they cavities or not?

There's an open area that refuses to heal and is oozing bloody/puss looking fluid and also appears to be infected. Currently, care is administered in the form of cleaning the area with Peroxide and then applying Betadine to the affected area.
