Maybe you just have way too much going on in your life...I have always been absent minded...ie..losing car keys, forgetting dates, phone numbers, paying bills etc...I just had too much on my mind and the only things i could keep track of was the wy basics...my take is your plate is probably way too full...

People can lose their train of thought easily. If that's what you mean by memory then, yes, that's normal. If you are forgeting vents that happened to you that day or yesterday, then that is not normal and I suggest you see your doctor about it. If you're losing your train of thought too often then you should see a doctor. Basicly when you think something is wrong, see a doctor and the doctor can tell you if it's serious or something to worry about. It could be that you're not getting enough sleep or vitamins. When you lack sleep or certain vitamins it can effect your memory.

Yes, everyone forgets things. There are many different things you can do to improve your memory. Try to place items in the same place every time you put them down. Associate something you are doing with an action. Be consistent and it will help. Like lock the front door put key in left pocket. You could get so good that you would have time to remember other things. Like , Like, Like, oh I forgot, but you get my point. Good Luck

Memory is more about using a bio computer- the Mind..........it is like a software of thinking.....get more confident about what u feel and think about. Confidence enhances the capacity of retaining capability. Donot take daily routine activities for granted , Do them with more of consiousness ie with more awareness. A small exersise for u is - before going to sleep at night , enliven all the daily events, even the smallest ones . For memorising study material can use co-relations. The buzz word is CONFIDENCE.

i do not have any real good tips for you, but i am 28 and have *always* had a terrible memory. writing things down and repeating them to myself is the only thing i have found to help out at all, and that still really does not work so well for me.

Yes I have some tips. Try relaxing. You're probly thinking about too many things at once. When you're in mid-sentence and you forget what you're saying, you were probably wanting to say something and didn't know if you should then you're off track.
