Sure, I think everyone at one point or another has a change in their taste....in food and all aspects of life. Enjoy the sweets...I wish mine would change so I wouldnt want sweets as much!!! haha...just keep it in moderation.

Sure...I used to pretty much hate vegetables, and now that's pretty much all I eat. Sweets taste good. Try not eating them for a while(if it's a concern to you). Eat fruit or whatever. Just don't eat the sweets. Your body will learn to crave them less as you eat them less. The same goes for junk food. Have a little once in a while, but don't go overboard.
If it's not a concern, a couple of sweets won't kill you. Just don't let it get out of control. I've always liked sweets, but by not eating very much of them(and not keeping them in the house), I eat veggies & fruits & the "good stuff".

yes your tastes do change as you age but, more common are cravings due to body deficiencies. your body knows what it needs but it cannot just tell you, so when you eat something that has what your body wants your brain to release chemicals so you crave that food.
that is why women during their cycles and pregnancy crave unusual foods, for specific sets of nutrients.

absolutely, your taste can change as you age, its normal. Now if other symptoms develop along with that change that have you worried get checked out
