how do i do a proper sit up and lift my body up and down while laying flat on the ground and i dont feel any work out i do crunches and i feel the burn should i just do them i lay flat go about half way up with back and neck straight arms on my upper chest a feel my abs kinda vibrating and if i push them they are hard and flexed should i keep doing them i hold it for about 30 secs each is that good how many of them should i do i am very thin and can feel two "humps" where my six pack would be is that a start?
