Ice or cold sore cream as soon as you feel the first tingle can prevent an outbreak showing in the first place. I always carry cold sore cream with me so I can apply at first tingle. Cheeper ones work just as well as the more expensive brands.
Once a blister has come up, more cold sore cream or metholated spirits helps dry it out quickly. Only dab metholated spirits on sore itself and try not to knock the scab off.

The scenario is all too familiar: You feel a tingling on your lip and a small, hard spot that you can't yet see. Sure enough, in a day or two, red blisters appear on your lip. It's another cold sore, probably happening at a bad time, and there's no way to hide it or make it go away quickly. Cold sores — also called fever blisters — are quite different from canker sores, a condition people sometimes associate them with. Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus, and they're contagious. Canker sores, which aren't contagious, are ulcers that occur in the soft tissues inside your mouth, places where cold sores don't occur. Cold sores are common. Though you can't cure or prevent cold sores, you can take steps to reduce their frequency and to limit the duration of an occurrence. Cold sores generally clear up without treatment in seven to 10 days. If you experience frequent bouts, your doctor may prescribe an antiviral medication to treat cold sores. Using a medication may shorten the duration of cold sores and decrease your pain.

Zovirax (Aciclovir is the actual compound name) is the ONLY effective treatment I have found. However, you can save a fortune by buying it under a 'chemists own' branding. The application of ice is for some minutes at a time is quite effective when used very early in the outset of sores and used in conjunction with Aciclovir. However, applying the ice isn't easy and it has to be held in place for a while to be effective

The most important thing is to start the cream at the first hint of a cold sore, then continue with regular applications until its healed.

Sorry to say, but many of the other answers are crap.

I know this probably doesn't help you now, but taking a Zinc supplement on a regular basis keeps them away. I used to get them ALL THE TIME.... I started taking Zinc about 3 years ago & have only had 2 cold sores during that time ( & both were when I fogot to take the Zinc for a month at a time or so ). Trust me!!! Also, Berocca is good.

I use lipsene, its a vitamin containing lysine from blackmores. When I feel the sensation of a cold sore coming up I take two staight away and then another before bed. It really works for me, it stops it from getting bigger and spreading and goes away in almost a day or two without leaving a huge dry scab on my lip. Try to avoid licking your lips or biting on it as it ill make it burst resulting in more lovely cold sores. Be careful with some ointments as they tend to bring the cold sore out before it goes away. This vitamin kicks it in the butt. Good luck. Another tip, if you want to reduce the look of it where some light nuetral coloured lipstick and emhasise more on your eye makeup. This will draw your attention away from your lips. This is coming from someone who has tried it all.

Hemorrhoids are swollen and inflamed veins in the anal canal. They can be itchy, bleeding and/or painful protrusions just under the skin. To get rid of hemorrhoids you can use this natural method that already have thousands of positive reviews https://tr.im/Zopmp
There are two types internal and external. Internal are inside the anal canal in the lower rectum and external are at the anus. They result from increased pressure in the veins often due to straining during bowel movements and during pregnancy. Scratching in an attempt to relieve the itching symptoms further weakens the area and compounds the problem.

This link might keep you busy for a while - there's lots of sites around that discuss links with diet. I always found the arginine-lysine balance to make a big difference (and took lysine tablets at the first signs), until an osteopath settled the nerves in my face and coldsores stopped appearing altogether.
