I am looking into organic protein bars, and I was wondering, is it better to get one with a bit more saturated fat and less sugar (e.g. 3g sat fat, 9g sugar) or vise versa (e.g. 2g sat fat, 11g sugar)???

I believe in God and my faith tells me that there'll be a breakthrough in my life, but at times I still find myself cry over my lonely life. I am a very outgoing person, but ever since I had to move abroad for a further education, I don't have a social life anymore (even though I am still the same fun girl infront of my family). Sometimes I find myself pitying myself and crying on the basement. How to assure myself that my life really is going to change one day if only I could just be patient and put all my worries in Christ?

He is a psychiatrist in NJ but practiced in 2 other states. If you or a family member saw him, please tell me in which state, and what did you think of him? Did he help or hurt you or a family member? Did you see him for long term or short term care? Any issues with his care or practice? Thank you for your truthfulness. Can anybody please tell me wot products i can buy to get rid of my acne! i have had it for 3 years now and it is gradually gettin worse over the years. I am 15 and it is very annoying waking up to it every morning! I have tried clearasil products, Quinoderm, and of corse washing my face every day. I have acne on my forehead, and a few on the rest of my face, but my forehead is the most noticable! I also went to the doctors, and they perscribed me with minocycline, i have been taking them once a day for two weeks now, and there has been no difference. So can anybody please help me and recommend some other products ect. Thnx :)

I dont know why but everytime i have sex with my girl, after shes done fingering me, and she takes her hand out. I think my vagina makes her hand smell really bad. Im not sure whats going on but it didnt used to happen. I dont know if its an infection, or what? She says she doesnt smell anything, but maybe she doesnt want to hurt my feelings. I'm torn between sticking with my regular pads and using the washable ones. I want to be eco-friendly, but the practical habit is so hard to give up. I can't use tampons because my doctor advised me not to due to some medical reasons. Hm. Is eco-friendly pads a better solution?

i hurt my back lifting weights the other day. (front-squating). when i racked the weights my back got very tight and it felt like i had to flex my back, when i stopped flexing or clenching my back, it became very painful. that was a couple of weeks ago, now i have pain when i move my neck up and down. what is wrong?
