And you're not seeing a doctor yet? Anything green in color indicates infection. So I'd run to get medical help!

There is a possibility that you have gonorrhea in the rectum, it tends to cause green discharge. Gonorrhea is miraculously an STD that can be cured, so go see a doctor, it should be all fine. Good luck!
