definite! The leg cramping difficulty looks to have long previous away for the main area yet i might fairly scream out and pound my fist as quickly as I had an attack (which skill, if I stretch my legs too lots, the soreness might deliver tears to my eyes). Tailbone issues...i've got had and function that. while sitting on a floor sit down on a pillow. substitute between warm and chilly therapy (10min warm, 10 chilly, something like that). That helped me. Tylenol might assist you to too. do some being pregnant stretches (look them up on line). sturdy success!

a friend of mine tried drinking Quinine water. available at the grocery store. Also, my sis says to put a bar of soap under the sheet near your legs. that sounds crazy but she says it works.

Its sounds like you are dehydrated. Try drinking more fluids. Cranberry juice would also be helpful. Gatorade also.
