I am 30 y/o and want to drop 150lbs. I have started going to the gym with a friend of mine. I do 20 minutes on the treadmill at 2.8 miles an hour at a 7% incline and 20 minutes on the stationary bike. I am not sure how fast, I get 5-7 miles done in 20 minutes with a resistance level of 2. My question is, I started this week doing this routine Mon/Wed/Sat/Sun. How do I gradually increase this routine, so I do not get frustrated, quit, or get hurt?

And if so can that doctor say what could cause blood in one's stool all of a sudden? The person was diagnosed with IBS long ago and received special meds for that but starting yesterday she noticed blood and not such a small amout as well as today. I am her friend and part time caregiver and she refuses at this point to go to the er. If anyone can help me with reasons for this I would appreciate it. Thank You.

Could this be caused by allergies: a constant feeling of being tired, head is numb, face pain/pressure(especially around the nose), noticing weird smells(along with drippage from your nose), feeling like there's pressure or swelling around your neck(like a cut off of circulation), sensitivity to lights and certain sounds?

There's also a constant itching in my throat as well, and I'm coughing up phlem.

I was given prozac for depession 2 weeks ago. and i have stopped cutting myself.
it has been going well but now i have started cutting again coz i feel i have no more control over my feelings anymore.

i think it's because i am not used to being happy for most of the time.
should i tell my psychiatrist about my cutting?

Read this on webmd. I was trying to figure out if i had the flu, which i believe i do. Acetom/ibupr. seems to make my fever go away and make me feel better, but i read this(my question), but it didnt say why. They defined low-grade as 100.5 or lower.

My neice is turning five and has had ear tubes in for a little over 1 year. She is now saying that her ears hurt and there is clear fluid coming out of her ears (like a runny nose). She's had a fever off and on since yesterday. Could she still get an ear infection? Since it's Saturday, do we take her to urgent care, or wait until Monday and take her to her pediatrician?

I have a thyroid problum. About 2 weeks before I found out. I got this ringing in my ears, that never seems to go away! It annoys the crap out of me. So they put me on synthroid, after that, my ears are ringing even louder. and sometimes, the left ear will ring loud and it causes me to not be able to breath, it screws with my hear beat and makes me kinda dizzy. i don't like it at all. I told me Dr. about it, he said it was caffine, so i stoped drinking so much caffine, but its still there!!! Does anyone know what this is? Or does anyone have it??? Please help me... and don't tell me i need to go to the dr. I will once I renew my insurance, which is going to be at least 3 months. Thank you.
