Could this be caused by allergies: a constant feeling of being tired, head is numb, face pain/pressure(especially around the nose), noticing weird smells(along with drippage from your nose), feeling like there's pressure or swelling around your neck(like a cut off of circulation), sensitivity to lights and certain sounds?

There's also a constant itching in my throat as well, and I'm coughing up phlem.

Yes allergies can make you head numb with a constant feeling of being tired.

However, as an MD, I urge you to consult your doctor with a personal check up. The symptoms you are describing may also be the result of a forth coming heat attack.

Yes it sounds like an allergic reaction, but it sounds like you've been reacting to it for a while and now you've gotten an infection.

Face Pain/Pressure - sounds like a sinus infection. Most are caused by allergies.

Head is numb - Do you mean brainfog? Or are your sinus' so clogged up that they're pressing on a nerve? I've had such severe sinus pressure that my entire face has gone numb (or at least it felt like it). This is not a pleasant experience.

Wierd Smells - This is probably the infection in your sinus' that you're smelling.

Throat - swelling and itching is a very common allergic reaction symptom. Its also possible that your throat is itching due to the drainage from your nose going down the back of your throat.

Lights/Sounds - Sinus pressure can really tax you and make changes in sounds feel like someone took a foghorn to your ear, or changes in lighting feel like looking directly into the sun.

Coughing - this is probably due to your sinus' draining down your throat into your lungs at night.

With all of this, you're going to be tired. You're probably not going to sleep well at night due to it either, making you even more tired.

I'd recommend that you go see your doctor. If this is a one time thing, then some OTC antihistamines may help clear it up. However if you're having more severe and constant allergies to airborne allergens, you may want to get on a daily prescription antihistamine so you don't end up back where you are right now.

Also if this is a repetitive problem (indicating more severe allergies) you're probably going to want to have some allergy testing done, including common foods.

Allergies And Head Pressure

You could have an allergy to a preservative in the medicine (some which can occur naturally). Also the type of allergies you speak of sounds like 'hayfever' which is brought on by plant pollen and spores. If you are then drinking boiled parts of plants you could still be injesting the thing that you are allergic too (even though other parts of the medicine are helping). I recommend having some allergy tests to find out exactly what it is that sets off your allergies - then you can decide what is the best medicine to take.

Sounds like to me you have a bad cold, rather than allergies. Get some cold medicine, a decongestant for your nose if not included in the cold medicine, and juice.
