Those probably are not hunger pangs. They may be a sign of ulcers or worse. Make a doctor's appointment soon. I hope you're well!

Being hungry after you eat suggests that your meal plan is not ideal for you. You may need to eat more--after all, 1200 calories is not a lot of food--or you may need to eat smaller, more frequent meals (maybe five or six a day) to keep from getting hungry between meals.

Hopefully nothing - you're body's changing and I think you're growing.
Also - check to see if you're adding enough oil - for instance olive oil to your diet. Oils help you to feel full.
As long as you are not overweight according to your family doctor, you probably are just growning.
Check your attitude - is something wrong?
Sometimes it's not what you eat, it's what's eating you.
GOD bless us, always.

Could be an ulcer or your gall bladder acting up. See a doctor to find out for sure.

i'm no doctor but i do know that it takes twenty minutes for our brain to tell us that we are full, therefore before twenty minutes your body is still burning sugar and it tells your mind that you need to more , actually, most of the time people tends to get sleepy rather than hungry due to the fact that our mind tells our body to put more oxygen to the stomach rather than the brain.
