DON'T worry about it, as an excess of vit c will make it change and to much means you go to the toilet more.

Excess sweating could result in the urine becoming a deeper yellow. Also, it is a sign that you have not been drinking enough liquids. Finally, have you ever noticed when taking a multi vitamin, or perhaps a vitamin b supplementation pill, your urine-changed color? This is due to riboflavin. Riboflavin is a fluorescent yellow compound. Ingestion of this will most likely induce a change in urine color, to light yellow/bright orange. Also, small amounts of vitamin b2 are secreted in the feces, causing a yellowish color. But if in doubt seek professional help such has your GP or a pharmacist.

Your system is expunging whatever it doesn't need.
In your case it is probably Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin).
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)
It is thought that patients unable to effectively metabolize oxygen may benefit from high doses of vitamin B2 to help prevent migraine. Most of the evidence supporting vitamin therapy for migraine prevention has been anecdotal. The study below is one that demonstrated efficacy using high doses of vitamin B2.
Schoenen J et al. Effectiveness of high-dose riboflavin in migraine prophylaxis. A randomized controlled trial. Neurology 1998;50 (2):466-470.
A placebo-controlled, double-blind trial of high-dose vitamin B2 (400 mg) in 55 migraine patients showed significant benefit. Almost 60% of the patients taking riboflavin had improved compared to 15% for placebo. No serious side effects were reported. The researchers conclude, "Because of its high efficacy, excellent tolerability, and low cost, riboflavin is an interesting option for migraine prophylaxis and a candidate for a comparative trial with an established prophylactic drug."
Patients should be warned about fluorescent yellow urine as well as the importance of not obtaining the 400mg through multivitamins, which contain other more toxic vitamins.

Your body can only use a certain amount of any substance at any one time. Anything that the body can't use is excreted.
That is all that is happening here. Your body is simply excreting the excess vitamins and minerals that it cannot use and this is what is colouring your urine. There is no cause for alarm, and in fact, it shows that your lymphatic and renal systems are working properly.
Cheers.

B2. If you take it as a separate supplement, it will really be bright yellow. Just the excess not absorbed going into your urine. Certainly no problem with it at all.

Vitamin B-6 makes the urine yellow. It's no concern. B vitamins are water soluble and you pee out what you don't use.

DONT worry - this happened to me and I was terrified - thought my kidneys had packed up. I checked with the dispenser - it is the B vitamins - it's a good sign, it means your body is absorbing the B vitamins. I wish they had warned me when I bought them!

Hey Tom F
As I've recently qualified I can at least give you a proper medical response.
Your urine is a product of intermoduscoqinilitis and therefore the colour needs to be monitored closely if it appears off white ( normal ).
Please take a sample and taste it. It is not strictly essential to swallow it all so feel free to spit out as required. If the smell is appealing you can put small quantities in your salad to assist digestive juices. The basis of this techique is to reenergise your colon regionnness to assist urinary discharges of a violent nature.
Finally drink lots of vodka for about 1 week as this will clean your intestinal uterus.

because the multivitamin you are taking is possibly too strong for you, or you are not drinking enough water for your liver to process it.
