I'm 23, and I take the pill with strict discipline, I have never ever missed a single pill in over 2 years now. But lately my periods are getting shorter. Sometimes it lasts 5 to 6 days which is the normal span, 4 days, which is acceptable, 3 which is ok, but this last period only lasted 2 days. It was normal flow but not really heavy. I'm used to having normal periods. What could this be? Could I be pregnant? Has anyone heard of someone who got their periods every 28 days, been on the pill and still gotten pregnant? Serious question please don't write things that do not contribute. Thanks

3 days a week, I'll eat nothing, 1day I'll eat only vegetables, one day I'll eat only fruit, 1 day I'll weat both vegetables and fruit and the last day I'll eat anything I want, as long as its healthy (yoghurt, cereal, fruit and vegetables)

Does that sound like theres going to be a lot of weight loss? Espeiccially if I alter th number of calories...

I've had them from a young age, I remember first getting them at about 13. I'm now 23 and am getting them reguarlly and I haven't had them since 13 which was just the once. For the last 3 years or so I was getting them once a year or so but recently there coming back to haunt me about 2-3 times a month.
My mate told me he had some1 at his work who was off work for about a month when he had them removed. With my job I work a week on week off with only one other person so I know that wouldn't be possible for me to do.

What is the cause of piles?
How can I stop getting them?
Do I need to embarrass myself by bending over and spreading in front of the DOC?

I have lost 30lbs and want to maintain it. I am going to hawaii in a few weeks and want to be in top shape. 3 days a week i run 30min in the mornings on an empty stomach and then later in the day i lift weights. 3 other days of the week i do a spin class in the afternoon (either right before lunch or late afternoon) and then will do some yoga or pilates during the week. i eat tons of fruits vegetables and do not eat carbs after 3pm unless it is natural in fruits or veggies. Is this an ok plan or is there ANYTHING i can do to step up my game?
