It was quite a deep cut and hurt! I am pregnant and suffer with low blood pressure and anemia. Is this connected? I was worried cos normally it would have bled for longer.

Low blood pressure will mean a wound stops bleeding faster. Anaemia would not have affected the bleeding time.

PS I hope you got the cut looked at by a doctor;

I wouldn't say that they are connected, but if you have any concerns check with your doctor. As for bleeding disorders, they will usually make bleeding last longer, ITP for example. Anaemia is a deficiency of Iron, Folic acid and/or the Vitamin B12. As you are pregnant do please check with your doctor.
