It depends why you're taking diazepam and how often you're taking it, however, the most likely answer is no.
Diazepam (a benzodiazepine) can be used to calm anxiety, reduce seizure activity and as a muscle relaxant (and many more). If you are stressed or depressed, there is a herb called St John's Wort which is proven to reduce symptoms of depression. However, it is NOT a herbal alternative to diazepam.
The most important thing you should remember is this - if you take diazepam regularly (i.e. daily or almost daily), you must NOT stop it suddenly or it can be dangerous. Withdrawal is similar to alcohol withdrawal so a reducing course should be prescribed by your doctor.
Whilst this may not be what you want to hear, I hope it helps.

Be aware that once you are dependent on Diazapam, going cold turkey will throw you into a seizure.
An alternative? Yes. See http://www.glycostory.com/mannalive and click on the stories tab and find the condition in which you can relate to and listen to what these people supplemented with to obtain a better quality of life.

There is some evidence that St. John's Wort helps improve mood. Valerian and hops are said to help with sleeping. Lavender is very good for calming you down and general relaxation. It would depend what application of diazepam you were hoping to replicate. Speak to a qualified herbalist and always check with your doctor before taking anything. Just because it's herbal doesn't make it safe and there are always risks of contraindications with other medication.

Marijuana? It may not be over the counter where you live....but I'd be getting me some if I were you.
It'll be more helpful than diazapam anyway..that stuff is extremely addictive and it can knock you out COLD and leave you with little to no memory.

It's derived from the plant Valerian which is available from most places, of course it's not as strong, and very little that you can buy is anywhere near as strong as valium.
